  • What models of relationships are and how they’ve shaped how you interact with your partner

  • Identify healthy and unhealthy relationship models

  • Explore what your partner’s relationship models were and how they are both similar and different that your own

  • Communicate empathy, understanding and compassion for your partner’s experiences

  • Work together with your partner to explore patterns negatively impacting the relationship and begin the process of changing these patterns

  • How long is the course?

    The course material itself runs 52 minutes long. However, couples are encouraged to set aside additional time for the activities. In total with the material and activities, couples can expect to spend 1.5 to 2 hours on this course.

    Yes, of course! This is a self-paced and self-guided course. You may stop and start the course whenever you need.

  • Do I need my partner for this course?

    Yes! To get the most of this course, you will need your loved one. This course is designed to be an interactive experience with you and your partner. There are activities in the course that are specifically designed to help you and your partner discuss course content as it relates to your own relationship.
